Job Description :
We are looking for smart, confident and Experienced candidate for CRM Role
Coordinating with Sales team for following up on status of leads generated
Provide Customer Service/ Support via calls, emails or chats.
Handle complete process and documentation after sales.
Handle incoming queries through emails & calls
Responsible for customer documentation such as Welcome Letters, Allotment Letters etc.
Sending Demand letters, Reminders, Cancellation Letters, Payment Receipts and customers
dealing, all back office activities, to maintain sales record & customer details, refunds, cancellations
of property
Follow-up on existing customer with respect to offers made, agreements/contracts preparation,
documentation, payment schedule
Coordination and follow-up with team for possession related queries.
Maintain and update database of new & existing clients.
Good Communication skills ( Both Oral and written)
Candidate should have experience in real estate.
