Job Description :
Team Leadership and Development:
> Provide strong leadership to the real estate sales team, offering guidance, mentorship, and support.
> Conduct final interviews, and onboard new agents
> Develop and implement training programs to equip agents with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in real estate sales.
> Foster a positive and productive team culture to maintain motivation and enthusiasm.
Sales Goal Setting and Monitoring:
> Set clear and achievable weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals for individual agents as well as the entire team.
> Monitor the progress of sales goals and maintain accurate records of performance.
> Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with agents to assess their progress and provide constructive feedback.
Sales Team Meetings:
>Conduct regular sales team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for achieving goals.
> Analyze and address any performance gaps, providing coaching and motivation as needed.
> Encourage knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.
Customer Relationship Management:
> Oversee and ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained by the sales team.
> Assist in managing relationships with clients
> Recognize and reward individuals and groups that consistently meet or exceed their sales targets.
Performance Evaluation:
> Regularly evaluate individual and team performance and make data-driven decisions to improve overall productivity.
> Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay competitive.
Administrative Duties:
> Ensure all paperwork and documentation related to real estate transactions are accurate and in compliance with legal requirements.
Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends, competition, and industry regulations to make informed decisions and recommendations.
