Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Acquisition and Management:
> Develop and implement a comprehensive channel partner acquisition strategy and Identify, evaluate, and recruit channel partners (estate agents)
> Foster strong relationships with existing channel partners and provide them with the necessary support and resources.
> Strategic Planning: Design and oversee programs to ensure channel partners are well-versed in the company’s products, services, and best practices.
> Performance Monitoring for his team
> Team handling experience- Experience in handling team of min 15 members
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends
Manage all administrative tasks related to channel partner agreements.
Use data and analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.
